1 large head of cauliflower
1 cup cashews
2/3 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 cups panko store-bought breadcrumbs
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoon siracha
