Ingredients

1 Serving (double, and triple to make more)

1/2 cup Oatsome overnight oats

1/2 cup oatsome organic oat drink

3 tablespoons pumpkin puree

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

2 tablespoons chopped pecans

1/4 cup chocolate

1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil

Instructions

1. Mix until well blended in a medium bowl Oatsome overnight oats, Oatsome organic oat drink, pumpkin puree chopped pecans and maple syrup. Pour into a glass container or mason jar.

2. In a new bowl melt chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until smooth. Add in oil to help consistency if needed.

3. Once the chocolate is smooth layer over top of the oatmeal mixture and smooth out to cover the entire top of the oatmeal touching the outside glass.
