2 Packages of Asparagus

1/2 cup large chunks of parmesan cheese

Croutons:

3 Sourdough bread slices, chopped into bite size pieces

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce or coconut aminos

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
