Ingredients
6 croissant rolls
6 slices of cooked bacon, cut in half
16 oz of sausage, cooked into rectangular patties
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
olive oil
6 eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper, to taste
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese or colby jack
Instructions
1. Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Next book your bacon on the stove top to your liking. Cut in half and set aside. Add your sausage formed into rectangular shapes to the same pan and cook on both sides. Once done remove from pan and set aside.
3. Whisk eggs in a large bowl with heavy cream, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Pour eggs into same pan (grease will help eggs from not sticking, if you have too many stuck on sausage bits you can use a new pan with olive oil). Using a spatula to scramble soft serve eggs.
4. While eggs are cooking cut croissants in half and place into the oven to cook for 5 min. Whisk together Dijon mustard and maple syrup and spread onto crispy croissants.
6. Assemble the croissants. Layer cooked eggs over croissant and maple syrup mixture. Add shredded cheese on top, then sausages and bacon. Place back in oven and bake until cheese is melted for about 10-12 min. Remove from oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
