3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed

1 cup Cheddar Cheese

1 cup cubed ham

1 cup cubed sausage

1/4 cup green onions

10 eggs

1 cup heavy cream

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat the inside of your 360 cookware bake & roast pan with olive oil or butter.

2. Layer your pan with potatoes evenly at the bottom of your pan. Layer on top chesse, ham, sausage & green onions.

3. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and seasoning. Pour your mixture overtop of the pan filled with potatoes.
